The beach meets the jungle in Saadani. It is East Africa’s only park with a coastline on the Indian Ocean. It’s the only area where you might be disturbed while sunbathing by an elephant strolling by or animals coming to drink at the neighboring waterhole. The Swahili fisherman casting their nets at morning are also a sight to behold.
